2. Is (particular product) in stock?

All in stock products will show as 'in stock' on the product page. Should a product be out of stock, you will not be able to put it into the cart nor proceed with the checkout process.

3. I have made a purchase, when will it be dispatched and where is my tracking number?

We have 100% rate of dispatching your order on the next business day if the item shows as 'in stock' at the time of order. Tracking details are sent to your email once the shipping consignment has been generated (usually mid-night local Western Australia time). If you didn't receive your tracking details, please ensure that you CHECK your email folders including the junk/spam folder. We do not ship on weekends.

4. Do 5-0 Ignite ship internationally? My country is not shown on the drop down box.

Yes, 5-0 Ignite ship on daily basis (except weekends) via DHL express for overseas destination. If your country is not shown as available, please contact us.

5. Do you sell just the mounting adapter / parts of a trigger kit / individual parts?

NO, unfortunately we do NOT sell individual parts of a kit or items that are not listed in the webstore.

6. I've purchased a product, where can I find the installation guide?

Please refer to the 'PRODUCT INSTALLATION GUIDE' tab https://www.50ignite.com/installation-manuals/. Otherwise, for simple products, a printed installation guide sheet is included with the product.

7. I'm local, is pick up an option?

By appointment only, please contact us.

8. Can I arrange my own freight?

Unfortunately NOT. We have strict fixed time slots with the courier we use for dispatch. Also, shipping cost, packaging cost and handling cost are all within the total freight cost structure.

9. Does your international freight include duties and taxes?

No. The customer/receiver is responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES,TAXES and other charges that the customer’s country's government may impose upon import. We do NOT have control with how much your government charges or have in-depth understanding of each country's customs policy. With respect, we do not provide false custom's declaration / commercial invoice documents for you. 10. Do you accept credit card payment?

We have PayPal as the primary payment gateway (which accepts credit card within your account), electronic funds transfer (Australian customers only, upon quote/invoice) and Buy-Now-Pay-Later option (AfterPay and ZipPay). We do not take credit card payments over the phone.
