All wiring harnesses are made to order. Please allow 5 working days for order processing and manufacturing prior to dispatch. In the event of unforeseen delays, 5-0 Ignite will notify you by e-mail of the status and estimated dispatch date. 5-0 Ignite also provides any service disruption status of our products on our website main page or on our facebook page.

5-0 Ignite can only guarantee the delivery of items to the specified address entered by the customer, as such, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the information they’ve entered is correct. 5-0 Ignite shall not be held responsible for any lost items due to a wrong delivery address.

Please note, our choice of freight carrier may change from time to time.

 

Domestic Freight

      

 

5-0 Ignite uses Sendle, for regular delivery, and Australia Post Express, for express service. All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia. All packages are trackable via the consignment number given when the item has been dispatched, through e-mail notification or on our website. 5-0 Ignite has no control nor responsibility over loss, damage, problems and delays that may arise during the transit period. Insurance and shipment warranty as per shipping carrier;

1. Sendle insurance (included in the shipping) policy covers for loss to goods only. It does not cover damage to any goods during freight.

2. Australia Post extra cover (included in the shipping) policy covers loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit, up to the declared value of the goods.

Typical transit time is 7 working days (3-4 working days on express) to all major metropolitan areas within Australia. All items require signature on delivery. Door delivery to remote/rural area may not be possible and may be re-directed to the nearest hub or post office for receiver to pick up. 5-0 Ignite shall not cover the cost for the re-delivery of the packages nor any additional service that the end receiver may request/arrange with the carrier. It is the buyer’s onus to inspect the package for any shipping damage prior to signing the delivery. If damage is visible; inform the delivery, take detailed photos and send it to sales@50ignite.com so freight insurance/warranty can be processed as soon as possible (applicable if you have chosen for the packaged to be sent via express method).

 

International Freight

 

 

5-0 Ignite uses Pack and Send as an aggregator to major carriers (i.e DHL) for all overseas purchases. All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia. All packages are trackable via the consignment number given when the item has been dispatched, through e-mail notification or within our website. 5-0 Ignite has no control nor responsibility over loss, damage, problems and delays that may arise during the transit period. Pack and Send shipping warranty (included in the shipping) policy covers loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit, up to the declared value of the goods. Transit time varies depending where you are in the world but typically within 4 working days to metro areas. All items require signature on delivery. Door delivery to remote/rural area may not be possible and may be re-directed to the nearest hub or post office for receiver to pick up. 5-0 Ignite shall not cover the cost for the re-delivery of the packages nor any additional service that the end receiver may request/arrange with the carrier. Note: The customer/receiver is responsible for any import duties, taxes and other charges that the customer’s country may impose upon receival. With respect, we do not provide false customs documents for you.

Returns

 

Please choose your products carefully. All product photos, description and selectable option (if applicable, for product variance and add ons) on our website are specific to the actual product listing. Due to the nature of the products 5-0 Ignite offer, 5-0 Ignite strictly do not refund any processed orders because you simply changed your mind. Order status and tracking can be found by clicking the 'track order' and inputting your order information from the website main page footer. Change of order may only be made under special circumstances (i.e. wrong item chosen) and can only be made when order has not been processed under 'dispatched' status. Upon 5-0 Ignite's discretion, exchanges may be made if you inadvertently purchased the wrong product type (i.e. wrong model) post dispatch. Upon receival and inspection of the products you've received; returns for replacement or refund (excluding shipping cost) shall only be made if the supplied goods are found to be defective (outside its natural/normal state and appearance) or sent in error, as stated in the terms and conditions section.

No warranty/refunds/exchanges/returns for any custom made products, by customer's order, unless otherwise arranged due to quality problem.

If you would like to return or exchange any items, it is a requirement that you contact us prior via sales@50ignite.com with your order number and details within 7 days of receving your order. 5-0 Ignite will reply with the return address and further information.

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

 

  • 5-0 Ignite shall cover the return and/or replacement freight cost in the case of defective goods or where items were sent in error. 5-0 ignite shall inspect the returned items and compare against our pre-dispatch photos and quality check history prior to issuing a replacement or settling any refund.

 

  • Items subject for exchange must strictly not be used or fitted. Items must be fit for re-sale; items must be kept in original (sealed) packaging, in its original boxes that it arrived in and sufficiently packed to be protected from typical freight handling condition for shipping. Items returned for an exchange shall attract 10% restocking fee, based on its original purchased price.

 

  • Items subject for exchange; it is the buyer’s responsibility for all freight charges. The freight must be trackable and insured at its purchased price. Once items have been received, 5-0 Ignite will inspect the items prior to settling any price adjustment (if applicable) and dispatching your exchanged order.

 

  • Effective May 6th 2019, due to PayPal's new policy, refund of any payment made through PayPal will be subjected to 3.6% fee. For example; total purchase price of $120 ($100 for the goods and $20 shipping cost), when refunded, is subjected to 3.6% fee ($4.32) of the total purchase  therefore the amount refunded shall be $115.68. In addition to the above, if the items has been shipped, the refunded amount shall be the price of the goods less the 3.6% fee; $96.40 ($100 - $3.6).

 

5-0 Ignite and its customers are governed by and construed in accordance with Western Australian Consumer Law regardless of where the customer is located.
