Freight and Returns Policy
While the majority of orders are dispatched on the next business day, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing during periods of high demand or other exceptional circumstances.
Should any unforeseen delays occur, 5-0 Ignite will notify you by email with an updated order status and an estimated dispatch date. Any significant service disruptions affecting our products will also be communicated on the 5-0 Ignite website homepage and our Facebook page.
5-0 Ignite can only guarantee delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete. 5-0 Ignite cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered items resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Please note that our preferred freight carrier may change from time to time without prior notice.
By default, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. However, in circumstances beyond 5-0 Ignite's control, the courier may determine that it is appropriate to leave the parcel in a safe location based on the delivery conditions at the time.
Once a shipment has been delivered by the courier, 5-0 Ignite is not liable for any loss or theft of the parcel. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, it is your responsibility to arrange for the parcel to be redirected to a more secure address or to schedule an alternative delivery date or time through the courier's tracking portal or website.
Failed or rejected delivery resulting in package to be returned to us: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with a returned shipment. These costs may include, but are not limited to, return freight charges, Australian customs import processing fees and duties, freight carrier processing fees, and any other applicable charges. If the customer requests that the order be re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
Should refund of the order be requested, the refunded amount shall be the purchased amount minus the following:
- PayPal/ZipPay/Afterpay fees (as below on the 'returns' section)
- Any associated cost for the returned package (as above)
- Restocking fee of 10%
Domestic Freight
5-0 Ignite ships orders using CourierPlease, StarTrack, and Australia Post. All orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email and will also be available through our website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
While we carefully package every order, 5-0 Ignite is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit, as these events are outside our control. Where freight warranty is included with the selected shipping service, it provides cover for loss of or damage to the goods while in transit, up to the declared value of the shipment.
Typical delivery times within Australia are approximately 7 business days for standard shipping and 3–4 business days for express shipping to most major metropolitan areas. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. For remote or rural locations, door-to-door delivery may not be available and your parcel may be redirected to the nearest carrier depot or post office for collection.
Any costs associated with re-delivery, parcel redirection, storage or additional services requested by the recipient are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package for any signs of shipping damage before accepting delivery. If visible damage is present, please notify the delivery driver where possible, take clear photographs of the package and its contents and email them to sales@50ignite.com as soon as possible.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes: Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are completed without the recipient's signature. By choosing delivery to a P.O. Box, the customer accepts full responsibility for the shipment. 5-0 Ignite is not liable for any loss or theft of the package.
International Freight

5-0 Ignite uses DHL Express for all international shipments. All orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.
Once shipped, each order will be provided with a consignment number, which allows full tracking via email notification or through our website.
While every order is carefully prepared and dispatched, 5-0 Ignite is not responsible for any delays, loss, damage, or other issues that may occur during transit, as these are outside our control. Where applicable, the shipping warranty (included with the selected shipping service) provides coverage for loss of or damage to goods while in transit, up to the declared value of the shipment.
Transit times vary depending on destination, with typical delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities being approximately 5 to 7 business days, subject to customs clearance and local carrier conditions.
All international shipments require a signature upon delivery. For remote or rural destinations, door delivery may not be available, and parcels may be redirected to the nearest DHL facility or collection point for pickup.
Any costs associated with re-delivery, storage, redirection or additional services requested by the recipient are the responsibility of the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the parcel for any visible damage before signing for delivery. If damage is present, please notify the courier at the time of delivery where possible, take clear photographs and email them to sales@50ignite.com as soon as possible.
Note: The customer/receiver is responsible for any import duties, tariffs, taxes, and other charges that may be imposed by the destination country upon arrival of the goods. 5-0 Ignite has no control over customs authorities in the recipient’s country and does not manage or influence the customs clearance process.
5-0 Ignite is unable to deliver international shipments to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.

Returns
Please select your products carefully, as all product images, descriptions and selectable options (including variants and add-ons where applicable) on our website are specific to each individual listing.
Due to the nature of the products offered by 5-0 Ignite, we do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been processed.
Order status and tracking information can be accessed via the “Track Order” function located in the footer of our website by entering your order details.
Order amendments may only be requested under special circumstances, such as selecting the incorrect item and only if the order has not yet been marked as dispatched.
In certain cases and at 5-0 Ignite’s discretion, exchanges may be considered if the incorrect product type (for example, the wrong model) was purchased.
Returns, replacements or refunds (excluding shipping costs) will only be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected and only if the items are confirmed to be defective (beyond normal wear or appearance) or incorrectly supplied, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
No warranty, refunds, exchanges or returns apply to custom-made products or items produced to customer specifications.
If you would like to return or exchange any items, it is a requirement that you contact us prior via sales@50ignite.com with your order number and details within 7 days of receving your order. 5-0 Ignite will reply with the return address and further information.
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- 5-0 Ignite shall cover the return and/or replacement freight cost in the case of defective goods or where items were sent in error. 5-0 ignite shall inspect the returned items and compare against our pre-dispatch photos and quality check history prior to issuing a replacement or settling any refund.
- Items subject for exchange must strictly not be used or fitted. Items must be fit for re-sale; items must be kept in original (sealed) packaging, in its original boxes that it arrived in and sufficiently packed to be protected from typical freight handling condition for shipping.
- Items subject for exchange; it is the buyer’s responsibility for all freight charges. The freight must be trackable and insured at its purchased price. Once items have been received, 5-0 Ignite will inspect the items prior to settling any price adjustment (if applicable) and dispatching your exchanged order.
- In the case of when a full a return is agreed due to change of mind, items returned shall attract 10% restocking fee, based on its original purchased price.
- Refund of any payment made through PayPal will be subjected to 3.67% fee. Refund of any payment made through ZipPay will be subjected to 6.1% fee. Refund of any payment made through Afterpay will be subjected to 6.7% fee.
For example: The total purchase price is $120 ($100 for the goods and $20 shipping cost) and the applicable payment fee is 3.67%. When refunded, the amount refunded shall be $115.60 minus any other associated cost as above. If the items has been shipped, the refunded amount shall be the price of the goods only less the payment fee of the total amount and any other associated cost as above.
5-0 Ignite and its customers are governed by and construed in accordance with Western Australian Consumer Law regardless of where the customer is located.
